Have you heard of Paletas!?! They are Mexican ice pops that are based on flavors typically found in Mexico. They are made from a variety of fresh fruits, nuts and spices and are a colorful feast for the eyes and taste buds! Many of the popular paleterias have clear freezers that you can look down into and see the glorious array of paletas all lined up in colorful perfection! We have never made these before but there are some amazing books and recipes out there! Have you ever had one, what is your favorite flavor!?!
