Donut pops....yes donut pops!

Ok...so we were trying to think of one more little thing to add to a sweet table that we are creating next week. We just wanted something kind of simple but still delicious. Well, if you follow our blog, you know that we dangerously in love with donuts! So of course we thought, lets just add some donut holes to the table. Then we thought, well lets stick them in a lollipop stick and add a bow for some color. Wait, that is not enough, lets dip them in chocolate and add sprinkles! Super easy right...! Donut pops, we love you! So all we did was went to Dunkin Donuts and bought some chocolate and cake munchkins, stuck a lollipop stick in them and dipped them in chocolate! (We did have to dip them twice, once to coat them and then let it dry and then another time to give them a nice finish and add sprinkles.) Then we just added a shear ribbon to the stick....so easy and such a great addition to any sweet table!

  2. Oh my....what a fantastic idea! So much easier than cake pops, even if you do have to dip twice. :)

  3. Hehe...I always think it's funny when people call them donut holes. In Canada, we just know them as Timbits. Tim Hortons is the only place that sells them here!

They look great though. Seems like it would be such as easy treat to make. I'm for sure going to make them next time I have a party! Thanks =)
