Ice Cream Brownie Cake

Wow, what a weekend, it was definitely jam packed! We are in for another long week this week. But we will have some fun parties to share with you and some great diy's too! We just had to share this perfect summer dessert with you, that we spotted on Bakers Royale! Seriously, what is better than ice cream and brownies...now put them in cake form and you are in confectionery heaven! There is just something about the richness of a great chocolaty brownie and the cold creamy texture of ice cream! This dessert is pretty easy, delicious and a definite crowd pleaser! All we can say is YUM!
