Pink and white swirl peppermint bark

We are busy preparing for a very special party this weekend! A 4th pink Christmas birthday party for Kellie's sweet daughter Leela! We are so excited to share it with you next week. It is filled with a bunch of DIY projects that we think you will love! Today we want to share one of them with you! Pink and white swirl peppermint bark! It is so easy, but so tasty and perfect for the holidays....especially a pink Christmas birthday party! All you need is pink melting chocolate, white melting chocolate and crushed up candy canes!

We just lined a half sheet pan with parchment paper and poured the melted pink chocolate into it. Shake the pan a little bit so it settles and bang it gently on the counter to release any air bubbles. After you do that take your melted white chocolate, put it into a pipping bag and put large dots of it all over the pink chocolate. Take a knife and swirl the white into the pink chocolate.
Once that is done sprinkle your crushed candy canes on top. They will dry into your chocolate creating your peppermint crust topping!

You can wait until it is totally dry and then break it into uneven pieces. However, if you want even pieces, after it is settled and almost dry but not quite you can take a pizza cutter and cut it into squares!

These are great as a gift too, just wrap them up pretty and your friends will love them! Unless...you get to it first!
