Parisian Macaron Towers

As you know already, Parisian macarons are making apperances everywhere! We just love to see them, they are dainty, airy confectionary perfection! We also love seeing the amazing macaron towers! They are always so proudly displayed in the Laudree window in Paris. They look stunning on dessert tables, make a huge statement and are fairly easy to create!

  4. Ladies, I am soooo with you. I love, love the macaron towers.

    Melissa, I made the macaroons last week. The first two patches, wonderful. The next two a complete flop!! Question, how do they get such intense color? I used powder food coloring and the color was so muted. What should I use? I am going to keep practicing. Thanks for the help! {I should probably send and email, but I was already here, sorry.}

    Kisses
