Icing Designs: Sweetest Engagement and more frosted photos!

One thing that Kellie and I love is getting to know our customers! We truly try to work as closely as possible with them, from the time we take an order until our customer receives it! We are also lucky enough to have a lot of repeat business. But we just love when a customer really shares their story with us, or the story behind their order. A really special customer, Kara, recently contacted us about doing some frosted photos with her engagement pictures for her upcoming wedding to her fiancé Chris. When Kara came across our frosted photos she told us she was so excited because she had been looking for something "meaningful" to share with the guests on their wedding day, and had not been able to find anything. Kara has just been such a joy to work with! She even shared her engagement story with us and is allowing us to share it with you!
Kara is a florist, she loves everything vintage (Ummm, a girl after our own heart!!) and is proud of her Dutch heritage! One slow day at the Dutch flower stand where she works, a man named Chris stopped by, and the rest is blissful history! The two feel head over heels in love! Chris and Kara would always send little gifts and messages to each other, one day Kara was surprised with a very special message that read "meet me at the boat". Chris had an amazing nite awaiting Kara, candle light and champagne under a canopied rowboat that he built himself!! And yes, he popped the question! We just love their engagement story and photos!
