Gently form it into the shape you want. (You can cut it with kitchen shears if it is not the size you want) Set newly formed canes aside to cool and continue with remaining warmed candy canes.

If they become too difficult to shape, return them to the oven for a few additional minutes to soften.

To fuse two candy canes together, either press them firmly together when they are just out of the oven, or overlap them at the point where you want to fuse them and place them in the oven for several minutes.

If you want to use your Candy Cane Shapes as Christmas ornaments, use a small sharp nail or toothpick to poke a small hole in the candy canes when they are very warm. Once cool, thread them with fishing wire or thread to hang.

janpatnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1782473524110627320.post-64820521603317724822012-11-15T06:28:46.696-08:002012-11-15T06:28:46.696-08:00Went to above site, and signed up... no mention of...Went to above site, and signed up... no mention of shaping candy canes... anyone know how to do this? It said you heat up the canes and reshape them to make the cute curls. Did you do these yourself? I've seen ones that look like this at Target, I was just trying to find a cheaper way of making them if possible. I would appreciate any info!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1782473524110627320.post-88944087563484475622011-11-28T08:17:01.677-08:002011-11-28T08:17:01.677-08:00So cute!So cute!Amanda's Parties TO GOhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09752056578187548332noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1782473524110627320.post-35533244109713669312011-11-27T19:33:35.949-08:002011-11-27T19:33:35.949-08:00Just darling!!
