Confetti Popsicles
It is hot, hot, hot here in the Chicagoland area! We wanted to make some whimsical, fun popsicles for the kids to enjoy on these hot days. The girls just love pink lemonade and it is so easy to make, or you can of course buy your favorite brand, and confetti sprinkles may be one of the best inventions ever! So we combined the two to make one festive popsicle! If you don't have popsicle molds, no need to worry! We just used mini baking cups {not cupcake liners, wax lined baking cups}. Just sprinkle a few confetti sprinkles in the bottom and fill with your lemonade, then sprinkle a few more on top. As they begin to freeze {after about 45 minutes to an hour} you can stick a stripey straw or lollipop stick in them to be used as a handle. After the are completely frozen if you wish to you can dip the bottoms in more sprinkles as they are pretty sticky! These are little so if your super hot you can have two ;)!
